1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or utilizing any service provided by Puppies Paws Paradise, including grooming, daycare, and hoteling, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
We offer the following services:

• Grooming Services: Including baths, haircuts, nail trims, and related services.

• Daycare Services: Temporary daytime care for pets.

• Hotel Services: Overnight boarding for pets, including feeding, care, and supervision.

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet(s), including medical history, behavioral information, and vaccination records.

• Ensure your pet is in good health, properly vaccinated, and free from parasites or contagious conditions.

4. Vaccination and Health Requirements
To ensure the safety of all animals in our care, all pets must be current on vaccinations, including but not limited to:

• Rabies

• Distemper/Parvo (DAPP)

• Bordetella

You must provide proof of vaccinations upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service if vaccinations are not up to date or if your pet exhibits signs of illness.

5. Grooming Services
Puppies Paws Paradise is committed to providing a safe and comfortable grooming experience. However, if your pet has aggressive behavior, matting, or other conditions that require additional time or resources, additional charges may apply.

We will not be held responsible for pre-existing conditions (e.g., skin issues, matting) that may be exacerbated during grooming.

6. Daycare and Hotel Services

• Daycare: Pets in daycare are supervised throughout the day. However, you acknowledge that minor injuries (e.g., scratches, nicks) may occur in a social play environment.

• Hotel: We provide overnight care for your pet, including feeding, exercise, and attention. Please inform us of any special dietary or medical needs. Puppies Paws Paradise is not responsible for personal items left with your pet.

7. Payment and Fees
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods.

• Late Pickup: If you fail to pick up your pet by the agreed time, additional fees may apply. For hotel services, an additional night’s fee may be charged for late pickups.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this window may result in a cancellation fee.

8. Behavioral Issues
You are responsible for informing us of any behavioral issues your pet may have (e.g., aggression, anxiety). We reserve the right to refuse service if your pet poses a risk to staff, other pets, or themselves.

If your pet becomes aggressive or dangerous, we may contact you to pick up your pet immediately. Any damage or injury caused by your pet will be your responsibility.

9. Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact. If necessary, we will seek veterinary care for your pet, and you will be responsible for any associated costs.

10. Limitation of Liability
Puppies Paws Paradise will take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being. However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
We are not responsible for any illness, injury, or death that occurs while your pet is in our care unless due to gross negligence on our part.
We are not liable for any damages caused by your pet to property or other animals during daycare, grooming, or hoteling services.

11. Pet Owner Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your pet’s health, behavior, and medical history. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Puppies Paws Paradise harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your pet’s actions.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (e.g., contact details, payment information) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. 

13. Changes to Terms of Service
Puppies Paws Paradise reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. 

14. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of our services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
